Refund Policy – Bulk Rock 
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of dumprock, gravel, and related aggregates are final. Once goods have been delivered to site and accepted by the Client, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:
 

• If Bulk Rock delivers the incorrect product to site (i.e., not matching the confirmed order). In this case, Bulk Rock will arrange for collection of the incorrect product and replacement with the correct product at no extra cost, or issue a refund at its discretion.
   

No refunds will be granted for:

• Change of mind after delivery.

• Natural variations in size, color, or texture of dumprock, gravel, or aggregates.

• Delays in delivery due to factors outside of Bulk Rock’s control (e.g., traffic, weather, access restrictions).

• Incorrect quantities ordered by the Client.

By placing an order, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Refund Policy.
